 A:  If you are a business owner and interested in purchasing Asian Foods please contact one of our representatives at (800) 645-0769. Our friendly customer service representative will gladly assist you in setting up an account. 

 Q:  Can individuals/non-businesses purchase directly from you?

 A:  No. We are a Business-to-Business only company servicing Supermarkets, Wholesalers, Asian Specialty Stores, Restaurants, Independent Grocers and Fast Food Outlets. We do not do business with non-business individuals.

Q:  Are the products on the website the only products that you offer? 

A:  We offer a lot more various categories and brands.  We have sales representative to provide full services including a full list of available products to our customer.

A:  New products list is updated on a weekly basis. 

Q:  What countries do your products come from? 

A:  We offer products from Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines and much more.

A:  If you are a container sale customer please contact our container sales representative at (800) 645-0769. If you are a distribution customer, you can place an order with your sales representative assigned when complete your customer application.

What guarantees do you have on the delivery of the product?

Q:  How soon can I receive my merchandise?

A:   You can expect your order within 2 weeks time. Local customers can expect their order within 48 hours. Certain areas of the U.S. may vary in delivery time. 

Q:  What guarantees do you have on the delivery of the product?

A:   Please contact us within a 24 hour time period if you find that the products have been damaged during shipment. Our customer service representative will assess the situation & issue credit or replace the product.

Q:  What are the payment options?

A:   You can pay by cashiers check, wire transfer, money order, company check. We do not accept credit cards or cash. 

Q:  What are the payment terms?

A:   Your sales representative will inform you with your payment term that will affect  for all invoices (upon credit approval). 

Q:  Are there any percentage discounts?

A:  We offer percentage discounts to customers based on their credit history.  If pay before the due date, you will receive a percent discount depend upon the payment term.
